Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
LANDFILL ALTERNATIVE DAILY COVER (ADC) TARPS
APRIL 17, 2017 AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The City of Glendale, Arizona (“City”) intends to establish a term contract with a qualified firm to provide Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) tarps for the Landfill Division. Tarps are a preferred daily cover because they are an efficient use of landfill space and are cost-effective for the City. The City may purchase additional quantities at any time within the contract period at the awarded contract price as per the terms and conditions of the resultant contract.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex,
5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317,
Glendale, AZ 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
