What is the City of Glendale sales tax rate?
The city of Glendale's tax rate is 2.2%, which applies to advertising, retail sales, construction contracting, job printing, publishing, transportation, rental of tangible personal property, apartment or other residential/commercial rental, amusements, speculative builders, owner-builders, manufactured buildings, utilities and use tax.
Special rates apply to: restaurants and bars – 3.2%; hotel/motel – 5.6%; and telecommunications – 5.4%; Jet Fuel - .021 cents per gallon.
