This simple eight-week library program will help your children, ages 3-5 years old, become happy and successful learners at school. Our videos, reading lists and handouts will help you and your child practice the seven essential skills that every young learner needs.

School and Library Visits

Staff from the Glendale Public Library are happy to participate in school literacy and curriculum nights, or to take part in other events. Library staff members are also available for classroom visits, special storytimes and small group events.

You are also welcome bring your class or group to visit the library. We offer special storytimes, a StoryWalk, library instruction, and tours for all ages.

Teacher Services: Teacher's Collections/Boxes

Teachers and home educators can check out up to 35 books, CDs, audiobooks and DVDs for classroom use with our Teacher's Collections service. Select titles for your "Teacher's Box" yourself or have the library staff select them for you.
