The city of Glendale is bringing music to the people in the heart of downtown. LiVE! @ Murphy Park features
25 nights of live music in February and March. Every Thursday-Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., a different band will take the stage in the
Murphy Park Amphitheater adjacent to the Velma Teague Library. It’s the perfect venue to hang out with friends and family, grab a craft brew and a bite to eat, then chill to great, free music under the stars.
It all kicks off February 3, with December 63 singing your favorite hits from Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, hosted by The WOW Factor 95.1 radio DJ Danny Davis. Mariachi Pasion brings pride, tradition, beauty and culture to the stage Friday the 5th. The Sugar Thieves return for a requested encore with some sultry blues on Saturday, February 5. Then, we’ll shake it up later in the month with Comedy Night, hosted by Savannah Hernandez and music from Soulstice Sound. We have country too — Chad Freeman & Redline hits the stage February 12. Reggae, party hits, jazz and R&B are also on the playlist. And you can always enjoy your favorites as tribute bands bring the best of the Eagles, the Beatles, the Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
