The Glendale Main Library is proud to host the Junior CSI Academy event in partnership with the Glendale Police Department. This fun and educational afternoon is designed for families to investigate, educate, and graduate in the field of forensic science.

Saturday, May 20, from 12-2 PM, families are invited to join the Glendale Police Department at the Glendale
Main Library, 5959 W. Brown St. Participants will explore fingerprinting and DNA analysis, meet a K-9 unit team, converse with a police officer, see a SWAT vehicle up close, and work through a mock crime scene. This unique event allows children and adults to immerse themselves in the world of forensic science and learn about the techniques and technologies used by law enforcement.
The Junior CSI Academy event is free and open to the public, making it an accessible opportunity for families to learn and explore together. Attendees can expect a range of activities and presentations that are both educational and entertaining. From the fascinating world of K-9 units to the ins and outs of DNA analysis, there is something for everyone at this event.
