New Business Card Ordering Instructions

The new cards can be ordered by going to https://cityofglendale.go.customprintcenter.com/register

Once you create an account you will be directed to enter your personal information
and preview your new cards. If you already have an account, login as usual.
Please use the following format when entering your information:

ALL CAPS for Department
Address line 1 (street address): 5850 W. Glendale Ave.
Address line 2 (city, state and zip): Glendale, AZ 85301
Phone numbers: XXX.XXX.XXXX (period between groupings)

In an effort to avoid unnecessary expense in the event that someone moves offices, the template intentionally does not contain a field for suite numbers.

To complete your order, simply choose the quantity and complete the transaction.

NOTE: If an employee does not have a cell or fax number, leave that field blank and delete the corresponding letter from the bottom of the data entry column. See Below.
