Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers and other technology equipment and software are provided to City employees in support of their position responsibilities by the Innovation & Technology department. This equipment is intended to be used solely by the employee and cannot be shared with family, friends or other employees.

This equipment is the property of the City and intended to assist you in your daily job duties. It is the employee’s responsibility to maintain the equipment in their care as best they can and to protect the equipment from theft and damage. The employee may not physically alter or make any irreversible changes to the equipment.

The Innovation Technology Survey Checklist is designed to provide the initial City requirements for software applications and services that include Software Security and Application Product Interface (API) requirements to support the City’s technical architecture.

This Survey Checklist is frequently updated based on program changes and policy requirements.
