ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The Mentoring Program aims to support the professional development of employees. This is achieved by pairing mentees with experienced mentors who are willing to provide guidance, support and feedback for the mentee to achieve their developmental goals for their mentoring relationship.

Mentoring is a learning relationship, involving the sharing of skills, knowledge, and expertise, between a mentor and mentee through developmental conversations, experience sharing, and role modelling. The relationship may cover a wide variety of contexts and is an inclusive two-way partnership for mutual learning.
