Ethics Hotline

The Glendale Code of Ethics was developed to provide guidelines and a practical approach to Glendale employees to better enable us to demonstrate high standards in all our public activities. The Ethics Hotline has been established for employees to seek guidance and ask questions on ethical situations and/or report alleged ethical violations for investigation.

What number do I call?

If you have a question that you would like to discuss, please call the Ethics Hotline at 623-930-4444. Calls will be reviewed as necessary by the relevant departments, including:

  • City Attorney’s Office
  • Human Resources

As your questions or concerns are being investigated, your identity will be protected to the fullest extent possible as is consistent with the law.
