In certain circumstances, Departments may need to work with Human Resources & Risk Management to ensure all positions' duties and responsibilities continue to meet their service needs. Supervisors should work with their Directors and Human Resources & Risk Management to:

  • Request job studies for reclassification;
  • Pursue a salary or pay adjustment for an employee; or
  • Request additional positions through the budget process.
