How to Get Started…
All employees will receive an email from [email protected] advising you have been enrolled into training with a link to the training website.
1. Click the link.
2. Enter your City email address.
3. You may be prompted to enter your City Username and Password.
4. Once logged in, click on the link and follow the instructions.
5. After passing the quiz, click NEXT to complete the training.
Escalation Process for Failure to Complete Training
Failure to complete training modules will result in a temporary suspension of employee access to the City’s network, as outlined below.
