DOWNTOWN CAMPUS REINVESTMENT PROJECT
The City of Glendale is growing and growing quickly. Infrastructure, business opportunities and population are all on the rise. As a government, we too must adapt and grow.
City employees are key, they are our greatest capital. To meet the expanding needs of the city, we need to create an environment that not only employees can thrive in, but residents can be proud of.
Glendale’s City Hall campus was constructed in 1984 and needs significant reinvestment to remain usable for future decades. The proposed renovation and investments are into Glendale’s Downtown Campus, which include Glendale’s City Hall and parking garage, Council Chambers, the E. Lowell Rogers amphitheater, and the adjacent Murphy Park.
We are excited about this project and believe it points to a very positive future for residents and employees alike. The future of Glendale has never looked so bright.
To realize this vision, the city hired Holly Street Studio Architects and Oakland Construction to design and construct this reinvestment project.
