Mission Statement:
"The mission of the GHN is to empower employees through professional development and community involvement"


The GHN is a group of city employees who have volunteered to represent the Hispanic employee’s in our organization. Our purpose is to promote cultural awareness, network – inside and outside of the organization to relay information and ideas, perform community outreach, provide scholarship opportunities for the youth in the community, and to provide a resource to the executive leadership team for the purpose of reaching out to Hispanic community and employees of Glendale. The GHN solicits representation from all employees at all levels and areas of the organization.

Meetings 

Generally, GHN meets the third Tuesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. at City Hall's Human Resource Training Room.  If you would like to be added to GHN’s mailing list and receive meeting notifications please email:  [email protected]
