Our goal is to support you in achieving balanced nutrition. Food is fuel to help us work, play and perform at our best. The goal for American’s is to promote intake of fruits & vegetables (5-9 servings a day) and whole grains (half or more of your grain servings of 100% whole wheat) while decreasing intake of saturated fat, refined sugar and highly processed foods. We offer healthier vending choices, wellness workshop sessions, links to evidence based information on this site and access to nutrition programs and information in our online wellness portal.
