Julie taches simple breath work that can be practiced anywhere and also led 3 guided meditations for deeper relaxation. Meditations include 3-minute mindfulness meditation, 7-minutes Inner Silence (mindfulness meditation) and a Loving Kindness meditation. Two additional meditation webinars with Julie will be held on July 7 and 28.
About the Instructor: Julie Rader has bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in exercise science. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over two decades and founded Mukti Yoga School which has certified hundreds of yoga teachers worldwide. Julie’s mother taught her the power of guided visualization and meditation when she was a teenager which sent her on a lifelong journey to study the mind. Julie has learned from renowned teachers worldwide and spent 33 days in silence. Julie helps students access mindfulness through mediation to assist in holistic wellness. In addition to her courses and events, she also teaches many elite athletes and
celebrities, including the US soccer and volleyball teams. Julie attributes her ability to remain at peace, in all situations, to her daily morning meditation practice and she loves sharing these tools with others.
