RECORDS

Pursuant to Rule 29, Rules of the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court Records Retention and Disposition Schedule, records for Criminal offenses more than 5 years after final adjudication and completion of sentence may not be available. Records for DUI and Domestic Violence (DV) offenses 8 years after final adjudication and completion of sentence may not be available. Records for Civil Traffic offenses more than 1 year after final adjudication and satisfaction of fines may not be available.

We accept record requests by mail, fax, and email at [email protected]. A Research Request Fee of  $17.00 will be charged for each name search, up to 3 names or 3 separate cases (separate form required for each name request) and additional fee(s) will be assessed for copy/copies or certification of case information. If the case is stored off-site, request may take 10-15 business days to be processed. The court will contact you to verify receipt of request and arrange for payment.

MOTIONS
We accept motions by mail, fax and email at [email protected] for all issues. The Court will rule on your motion or advise you of a telephonic hearing if needed. Please make sure to provide an accurate telephone number, email, and mailing address. Check those frequently to make sure you are reviewing information from the Court timely.
