Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
STREET LIGHT POLES, ARMS AND
July 6, 2018 BEFORE 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME
Glendale City Hall, 5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Suite 317, 3rd
Floor, Engineering Service Counter, Glendale, Arizona 85301
The City of Glendale, Arizona, is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of Street Light Poles and Arms including supplies on an “as needed” basis. The resulting Agreement shall provide for all materials in this contract. Unit pricing shall be firm including the cost of freight and all other associated direct or indirect costs, excluding taxes.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex,
5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317,
Glendale, AZ 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
