Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
BUS STOP POWER WASHING AND TRASH COLLECTION SERVICES
AUGUST 7, 2018, 2:00 PM Local Time
Glendale City Hall, 5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Suite 317, 3rd Floor, Engineering Service Counter, Glendale, Arizona 85301
The City of Glendale Transit Division requests proposals to establish a term contract from firms experienced in public bus shelter power washing services and/or bus shelter trash collection services.
The resulting agreement shall be to provide power washing services and routine trash collection for all City of Glendale bus shelters, pads and all furniture within the scope. Contractor’s pricing shall include, but is not limited to, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, shipping, licenses, fees, insurance, profit, and any other associated direct or indirect costs.
The City, in its best interest, reserves the right to single- or multi-award this contract. This solicitation and subsequent agreement(s) may be one agreement or split into two separate agreements depending on whichever is deemed most advantageous for the City: (1) Power washing of all shelters, pads and shelter furniture as well as servicing the Park and Ride lot’s pervious concrete four (4) times a year. (2) Trash collection services at all bus stops.
Contractor shall state if offering a discount on unit pricing if awarded both the bus shelter power washing services and bus shelter trash collection services.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each quote shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each proposal shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Proposals shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
