Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
GAS CHROMATOGRAPH WITH ELECTRON
CAPTURE DETECTOR (GC/ED)

The City of Glendale (City) is soliciting Requests for Proposals for a Gas Chromatograph system with dual micro-Electron Capture Detectors (GC-μECD). Along with the necessary control software, it will be integrated with current laboratory instrumentation. The system addressed by this Request for Proposal will consist of GC-microECD system with
split/splitless injector, Autosampler, Electronic Pressure Control, interfaces (if needed), computer with DVD-RW, printer and software. The system will be used for analysis of Haloacetic Acids regulated under the Federally mandated
Stage 2 Disinfection By-Product Rule specified in EPA Method 552.2 and 552.3. Analyses will be performed in drinking water matrix.

Each proposal shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Proposals shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
