With GlendaleOne, non-emergency service requests city-wide are tracked and managed in one place, whether submitted directly to the website or reported to a city representative. When submitting a request through GlendaleOne, you can expect to find information regarding how long it should take to address your service request as well as options for selecting notification preferences. GlendaleOne also includes a searchable knowledge base of frequently asked questions and easy access to important phone numbers.
