The Glendale City Court is the Judicial Branch of the Glendale City Government and also part of the Arizona Judicial System. The Glendale City Court adjudicates criminal misdemeanors, City Code violations, and certain juvenile offenses committed in the City of Glendale. In cases of domestic violence and harassment, the Court issues protective orders. The Court has the authority to issue search warrants for misdemeanors and felonies.

Our mission is to provide an independent and accessible City Court, that maintains a high degree of public trust and confidence by addressing cases and providing prompt, fair, and just resolution, efficient, and courteous manner.
