$5,000 - $9,999	Minimum 3 quotes submitted verbally or in writing by vendor to the Department
$10,000 - $49,999	Minimum 3 quotes submitted in writing by vendor to the Department
Over $50,000	Formal Solicitations conducted by Procurement Office
